Fitness Coaching

CBC Fitness Consulting’s Fitness Coaching program offers all the benefits of personal training without the expense and scheduling of a weekly meeting.

Fitness Coaching, offering the same services as Personal Training, is a smart approach for new exercisers, returning exercisers, and athletes of all types.

As your Fitness Coach, Britt Schanel, Founder and Director of CBC Fitness Consulting, will:

  • Send you a questionnaire to help you put your fitness goals and needs in writing.
  • Consult with you about your goals to develop a tailored exercise program just for you.
  • Set a time to meet with you in person to go through the routine.
  • Ensure you use the proper form for each exercise at that meeting.
  • Answer any questions you have about the program designed for you.
  • Motivate and keep you on the right track!
  • Support you in living your most fit and most healthy life!

Britt will contact you to check in on how you are doing with your plan and address any concerns. She will continue to contact you every week to check in and will help keep you challenged, balanced, consistent, and motivated until your next Fitness Coaching meeting!

Depending on your goals, you can set up your Fitness Coaching program to meet one on one and change your workout monthly or every 6-8 weeks.
